A few years ago, Lisa and I first visited Blairsville—and we instantly fell in love with the area. We kept coming back, drawn by the local charm and small-town feel. I was only a few years away from early retirement and ready to leave the city and all its challenges behind. It didn’t take long for us to realize that Blairsville was exactly the kind of place we wanted to call home.

So we bought some land, found a house, and made the move. We longed for a simpler life—one where we knew our neighbors and felt part of a community. Today, we’re so happy to be living in our dream home, surrounded by a million-dollar view and enjoying a great life.

As for the hot sauce—it’s been a passion of mine for years. I’ve made it for friends and family at Christmas, on special occasions, and just for myself. I love a good hot sauce, but I always found that most store-bought brands were too heavy on vinegar and just didn’t taste right. That’s why we created our own: a low-vinegar, all-natural hot sauce with rich flavor and just the right amount of heat. People loved it and kept asking for more.

For years, friends urged me to start selling it. Once I retired, I found myself needing a new purpose—something meaningful to put my energy into. That’s when we decided to turn our passion into a business.

We founded our company in 2023 with two simple goals: make the best hot sauce we can, and give back to those who’ve served. A portion of the profits from every bottle sold goes to support two incredible veterans’ organizations: The Wounded Warrior Project and Tunnel to Towers. Both of these charities put over 94% of every dollar directly toward helping veterans.
