Our Story

Lisa and I first came to Blairsville few years ago. We loved the area and came back often staying in Blue Ridge, Hiawassee, and of course Blairsville. We were just a few years away from an early retirement and wanted to move away from the city with all of its issues. We decided Blairsville was the kind of place we wanted to live. We loved the local charm and small town feel, so we bought land and a house. We longed for a simpler time and life where we would know our neighbors and didn't have to worry about getting shot or carjacked. We've come to love more than a few of our neighbors. I am so happy to be living here in our dream home, with a million dollar view, and a great life.

I've been making my hot sauce for years giving it out at Christmas, special occassions, and for myself. I love hot sauce but most of the brands have too much vinegar and just don't taste good. My hot sauce is a low vinegar, all natural sauce with a great flavor and wonderful heat. Everyone loves it and begs for more. They were urging me to sell it for years. Well now that retirement has gotten boring I'm making my passion available to everyone. I hope you love my hot sauce as much as we do.
