Return Policy for Non-Returnable Food Items
Due to the perishable nature of food items, all sales of food items are final and non-returnable. This policy applies to all food items, including but not limited to:
- Fresh and frozen food
- Prepared foods
- Baked goods
- Dairy products
- Meat and poultry
- Seafood
- Fruits and vegetables
If you receive an incorrect item, a damaged item, or an item that is spoiled, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to resolve the issue to your satisfaction.
Exceptions:
- In the event that you receive an incorrect item, a damaged item, or an item that is spoiled, we will issue a full refund or replacement.
- If you are not satisfied with your food item for any other reason, we encourage you to contact us. We may be able to offer you a store credit or other form of compensation.
Procedure for Returning a Non-Returnable Food Item:
If you receive an incorrect item, a damaged item, or an item that is spoiled, please contact us immediately at (404) 557-0047 or contact@scaryjerrysmountainfirehs.com. We will require you to provide proof of the problem, such as a photo of the damaged item or a receipt.
Once we have verified the problem, we will issue a full refund or replacement. If you are requesting a refund, we will process it within 10 business days. If you are requesting a replacement, we will ship it to you within 5 business days.
Shipping Costs:
We will cover the shipping costs for returning a non-returnable food item. Please note that you will be responsible for the shipping costs if you are returning an item for any other reason.
